RETURN & REPAIR POLICY
We hope you love your Fleuri purchase as much as we do, but if you need to make a return - we understand.
You may return items that are in their original condition within seven days of receiving your item. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we'll send a return authorization code that must be included in your return. Items returned without a proper return authorization code will be refused. Fleuri also reserves the right to refuse any items that have been worn, used or are damaged.
All packaging must be included in your return to receive a full refund. If packaging is not included, $5 will be deducted from the original sale.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsility of the customer. Please return to:

When we receive the item, your credit card will be refunded and you will be notified via email.
Please note: If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are only responsible for pieces purchased directly from shopfleuri.com
All items that have been purchased using a promo code are considered "sale items" and are final sale.
For all repair inquiries, please email email@example.com. Please include your name, description of the repair required, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase (order #). If the item was not purchased directly through Fleuri we require proof of purchase from the original transaction.
If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you an RA number and shipping instructions. Repairs take 1-2 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships.
All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
